Hassle worth the Tassel!

My first post is about my graduation. Since this is a big turning point in anyone's life, I believe that this is something worth writing too. :)

It happened last April 8, 2015 at The Manila Hotel. This was definitely every Escolarian's big day. We've all been waiting for this moment since Day 1, and this day brought us back and made us cherish our journey to the crazy world of college.

College has been a roller coaster ride for me. There were ups and downs but it's definitely worth the ride. I won't regret a thing, cause everything about college made me who I am now.

Being an irregular student is hard but you get to meet and be friends with a lot of people. I've been with different courses, levels and sections but It never stopped me from continuing to strive for the best. Even if I stopped for a semester, I still managed to come back and had the chance to be a Dean's Lister.

Being a working student made me realize a lot of things and taught me to be a better and responsible person. Balancing work and studies can be stressful but with enough motivation you can do anything.

They say that I was the goody goody, Ms. Studious type of student, but nahh. Many confused me as the really hardworking type, but for those who really know me, I'm the normal kind of student. I'm the quirky, loud, go with the flow type of student & friend.

I experienced skipping classes, coming late for a class, talking during discussions, forgetting to study for an exam, not submitting my homework, failing at a subject for prelim or midterm period, sneaking out to go to the canteen during a class, copying from each others's paper or what we call "Teamwork" and a lot more.

College is a 4 year trial for everything. You have plenty of time to be serious and work after that. I believe that College can never be brought back again, those times you spent with friends, colleagues and professors, those dying moments of examination week yet you still find time to go out with friends, those epic times where all of you almost fail the exam or just the random times you make fun of each other every break time. I didn't say that you should fool around, but it doesn't hurt to have  fun every once in a while. Taking your studies seriously is good but enjoying the college life is better. Agree?

I've experienced a lot in College, and I wouldn't change a thing. I've made the most out of it. To study, to learn, to enjoy and to live!

ALL FOR GOD!

Graduation is the day I've been dreaming of since Day 1, and I can say that every hardship is worth it... Hassle worth the Tassel!
